Returns
As a valued customer of Adri, we would like to thank you for your purchase. Our team endeavours to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. In the instance where you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns (excluding sale items) within 14 days from the day of delivery. For your order to be eligible for a return, it must meet our Returns Conditions.
Returns Conditions
- Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
- There must be no visible signs of damage or wear, eg: snags, stretching, pulls, stains or odour.
- Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain.
- All packaging (including original boxing) shipped with your order must be returned.
- Sale Items are not eligible for return.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the day of delivery.
Once we have received your return it will undergo a quality review. If
cleared, you will receive a refund on the purchase price (excluding
shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for
purchase. You will receive email notification once your return is
processed, this will occur within 7 working days of receiving your return.
If the item/s do not meet our standards and Returns Conditions as stated
above, Adri reserves the right to refuse the return. Items will be sent
back to you at an additional shipping charge.
